Bose Institute intends to engage a reputed and reliable Security Agency on contract basis for maintaining overall safety and security in different premises of the Institute viz. (i) Main Campus at 93/1 A.P.C. Road, Kolkata 700009,  (ii) Centenary Campus at P-1-12 CIT Scheme VII-M, Kolkata-700054, (iii) Madhyamgram Experimental Farm at Madhyamgram, 24 Parganas(N), Shyamnagar Experimental Farm at Station Road, Shyamnagar, 24 Parganas (N), Falta Experimental Farm at Falta, 24 Parganas(S), and Salt Lake Campus at Block-EN, Sector-V, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700091.  

Interested Agencies are requested to quote their rates for each guard and supervisor together with their tentative estimate of security personnel required in different premises and submit the same in duplicate along with their credentials under sealed cover duly super-scribing the  advt No., due date etc. to the office of the Registrar on or before 1.00 p.m. of 7th
December, 2007 likely to be opened on the same date after 3.00 p.m. in the presence of the Tenderers.

The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason.  The decision of the Institute Authority shall be final and binding on all concerned.
